Our whole family had a great experience working with the staff at Bill Cody's. Renee Hart, our event planner was amazing and very thorough in watching over every detail. She definitely made sure everything was done right and that it all met our expectations. The DJ's, dancer, vendors and decorators worked well together and it is obvious they feel like a team that is used to winning! The great energy and care they took in making our son's bar mitzvah celebration special was fantastic.
This was really a memorable event. Planning a party this size is no easy task, but with the expertise and guidance from Renee and the entire Party Time Production's staff, this event was a SUCCESS! All the guests had a great time and everyone was talking about the party after it was over. Everything about this event was awesome. And if I had to do it all over again (which I probably will in the next couple years with my 2 daughters) I will definitely call upon this same team to do it all over again. We were very hesitant on using a Planning Assistant because we did not know what to expect, but we are very happy we did. Renee was always there to provide guidance, ideas and knowhow prior and during the event. This made the actual event day stress free for us knowing she was there ready to take care of everything.
Renee Hart was instrumental in making our daughter's Bat Mitzvah a huge success that we will never forget. There are so many logistics and details that go into planning an event like this and Renee was on top of EVERYTHING. From ideas and suggestions based on her and Party Time's extensive experience she was able to steer in the right direction. She also took care of finding, securing and negotiating vendors which was crucial. She had met my daughter before and was also able to provide insight and gear certain aspects of the evening towards her, rather than using a cookie cutter or "one size fits all" formula. Lastly on the day of the event she was there as "director" making sure with her clipboard that everything went smoothly and we could focus on our daughter and the event. And even when there were hiccups (as there inevitably are in any event) she was on top of it so we either never knew or cared because she had it under control. Great job and great event. Working with Renee on our daughters' B'Not Mitzvah was as enjoyable as the event itself. Not having planned an event of this magnitude before (my wedding excluded) I reached out to Party Time and was relieved and excited when we met Renee. Her easy-going and upbeat personality was infectious and my daughters, my husband and I immediately clicked. We could tell she was efficient and professional as well as enthusiastic about helping us plan our affair. This obviously wasn't her first party to plan, but she always was as excited about it as we were. No event runs without little unexpected surprises, but Renee handled all these minor glitches with ease and professionalism, making the final day the perfect day that we imagined. She was prompt in her replies to our questions and concerns and handled every aspect of the event so beautifully. She was "spot on" with the vendors that she suggested and her ideas were perfect for our theme. She worked within our budget, always keeping that important aspect of the event in mind.The day of the event ran so smoothly. Renee and her staff were so well received by our friends and family, that we are still getting compliments on the event. Renee became more than an Event Planner to me and my family. She became a friend. We have several more events to plan in the future, and I wouldn't consider planning any of them without Renee.
Renee Hart, our wedding day coordinator went out of her way to assist with setting up our wedding decorations. She was accommodating to the needs of not only the bride but to the family.
